Nutmeg mill kit , consisting of: cutting disc, carriage, shaft, crank, spring, washer, 4 screws (panhead, crosshead 2.9 x 13 mm).
The nutmeg mill does not rasp the nutmeg, but cuts very fine particles from it. This way, the nut is almost completely used up.
Place the cutting disc so that the side hole for inserting the nutmeg is exactly between 2 holes in the cutting disc so that the 13 mm screws do not protrude into the hole.
Wood containing tannic acid, such as oak or robinia, should not be used. This may lead to corrosion on metal parts of the mill.
The nutmeg is fed through the ø 23-25 mm cross hole.
When fastening the grinding disc, ensure that the chipboard screws are mounted at a 45° angle to the cross hole.
Note: The kit contains only the mechanism of the nutmeg mill. The photos of finished nutmeg mills should be understood as examples.
