MOVIMAX - The vibrating tool holder
As soon as the tool is in contact with the material, by exerting a slight push on the tool holder, the unit will operate. The only way to move more or less material is to tilt the tool holder more or less. As far as safety is concerned, the tool does not vibrate when the machine is running but only when the tool is resting on the material to be worked. The tool stops instantly when the push is interrupted.
Our advice: with one hand apply the thrust and with two fingers of the other hand, hold the tool in contact with the material to prevent it from jumping due to the vibrations. Like any new device, it requires a short break-in period. A slight heating of the tool holder is possible during the break-in period. During the first tests, the vibrations may surprise you but they are harmless. Don't use tools wider than 25 mm.
MOVIMAX - From percussion to rotation
MOVIMAX is designed to be fitted with some of the MOVIX range of flexible shafts. For cutting with Saburr carbide burrs and sanding and polishing with buffing wheels or other abrasive tools. Its quiet operation will be appreciated during the hours of continuous work that this industrial motor allows.
