Using the WIVAMAC® copying machines, exact copies of existing masters or models may easily be made. The conversion of 2½D relief panels to 3D images and models and vice versa takes just minutes without special tools. The smallest machine, the KPB2545, is available for bench mounting.
- Laser cut and welded steel tubes ensure stable and vibration free operation.
- Special polished guide bars, linear ball bearings with dust seals and adjustable counterweights make the copying carriage extremely light to manoeuvre and virtually maintenance free.
- Precision Chain rotates 3D model synchronously with workpiece.
- All machines operate from standard 230V single-phase AC supply.
- The cutter and tracing stylus share a common mounting with an additional degree of freedom, enabling difficult to reach locations to be machined.
- The machines are equipped with an 8 mm collet in which different diameter carving cutters can be mounted. A matching tracer is mounted in the carriage.
- The copying machines can be converted from 3D image copying to 2½D relief copying mode in a few minutes using simple tools and a plywood sheet.
- The versatile KPB carvers can create a vast range of items including prototypes, production- and packaging components.
