The Badger Full Swan Neck Tool is 15,8 mm bar with a tapered holder to hold the # 3 Cutter. The shaft is about 266 mm long. This tool is especially useful for turning the undercut areas in boxes and the insides of hollow forms such as a Southwest style hollowed form. It is a variation of the standard Badger Straight Tool, with the only difference being the distinctive swan-neck.
These Hunter Swan Necks are real problem solvers. With practice, you will have very little sanding to do. By the way, the harder and more dense the wood, the better the Hunter tool seems to like it.
