The MIDI 1 is the revised version of the table lathe classic MIDITEC FU-175, which has proven itself in countless woodturning workshops. The new version retains the solid features of its predecessor and supplements them with modern safety features. For example, the MIDI 1 now has an illuminated LED start button (lights up when the machine is in operation) and a new spindle with M33 x 3.5 mm thread and ASR (Euro) sequence safety groove.
The MIDI 1 bench lathe is made entirely of grey cast iron. It is suitable for turning all the finest work, such as writing instruments, but thanks to the large power reserves (strong 1 hp motor with high-quality frequency converter) just as well for making bowls. On each belt pulley, for example, it is possible to chisel and turn.

NOVA G3 "LITE"
The NOVA G3 "LITE" chuck is an inexpensive but high-quality chuck, especially suitable for beginners or as a 2nd or 3rd chuck. The "LITE" version is suitable for people who do not need the advantages and accessories of the "Pro-Tek" version.
The NOVA G3 "LITE" is based on the proven NOVA G3 chuck from TEKNATOOL. It is therefore ideal for all those looking for an inexpensive chuck but do not want to compromise on quality.

This chuck fits all common lathes with M33 x 3.5 thread and - depending on the design of the lathe spindle - can either be fixed to the spindle with an ASR-Euro run-out ring (available as an option) or with the help of the supplied set screw!
