- 10 x of each sanding discs in 120, 180, 240, 320, 400 and 600 grit

Why 57 mm? Simon Hope found that 47 mm arbors (50 mm discs) were too small for most things and 72 mm arbors (with 75 mm discs) were too big for most things.
So Simon designed and manufactured this perfect size. They are cheaper to buy and replace the discs of the bigger arbors. And big enough to absorb the heat. They are the perfect size!
And by just changing the heads to sand each grit with this super quick release sander, the arbors and the abrasive last loads longer than ripping the abrasives on and off each time.
Simon Hope has tested the durability of this technique and he estimates the abrasives lasts twice as long and the arbors 3-4 times longer.
