Returns Procedure

Would you like to return one or more items? You do this within 14 days of receiving your order. The purchase price of the returned items, including postage, will be repaid provided that you meet the following conditions.

Returning items is permitted under the following conditions:

. It takes place within 14 days of receiving the items.
. The items are complete, undamaged and still in their original packaging.
. You can show proof of purchase (delivery note or receipt).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to DVDs, books, magazines, gift vouchers, customisations or special orders requested by the customer.

Procedure for returning items:

. Send an email to info@willyvanhoutte.com stating that you want to return one or more items from your order.
. You then receive a confirmation email by return.
. Complete the right of withdrawal form.
. Attach the right of withdrawal form and a copy of your receipt to the items being returned.
. Make sure that the packaging is secure.
. Make sure that the package is sufficiently stamped.
. Return address: Willy Vanhoutte BV - Industriepark Noord 12 - B - 8730 Beernem, Belgium
. The purchase amount and postage (*) will be repaid to the account number stated on the right of withdrawal form after receiving back the items within 14 days of receipt of the email stating that goods are being returned.

Postage charges (*)

. The postage charges that you paid for the initial order will also be repaid when you return the entire order. Postage charges are not refunded if you return only part of the initial order.
. The postage charges for returned items are always paid by the customer.

Indication of postage charges for returned items:
- The postage charges stated on the receipt are indicative of the charges for returning items.
