Cam-action fence adjustment and micro-adjustment: The advantageous rip fence micro-adjustment feature enables extremely accurate positioning, helping users to achieve the desired position quickly and easily.

Easy-adjust sliding block sawblade guides: The premium-grade sliding block sawblade guides provide extensive sawblade support, which helps to minimise vibration and enhances both stability and control. The sawblade guides are made from premium O1 tool steel, which has been selected for its exceptional ability to dissipate heat far more efficiently than ceramic alternatives. Adjustment of the sawblade guides is completely tool-free and can be carried out quickly and easily, using the accurate adjustment and locking handles.

Dust extraction advancements: Side and rear dust extraction ports provide effective protection from harmful wood dust. The 53 mm diameter side port is compatible with standard CamVac 53 mm hose and the 100 mm rear port features a CamVac-compatible bayonet fitting which is also compatible with standard 100 mm hose and fixings.

Heavy-Duty balanced cast iron band wheels: Dynamically balanced and heavy, the cast wheels provide a smooth flywheel effect during use, contributing to the production of power and torque.

Adjustable table insert: The table features two essential levelling screws to raise or lower the table insert for a smooth feed over the cast iron table.

Offset door hinges: The offset hinges enable the door to open far enough to give good access for sawblade changing.

Crowned band wheels: The crowned band wheels help the sawblade run naturally in the centre of the wheel and raise the sawblade to minimise contact between sawblade teeth and bandsaw tyres. The radius is machined into the casting to offer a permanent solution that cannot wear down and will remain consistent, even when changing tyres.
